Notes:
This is a ergonomics role. While this role does revolve around ergonomics software, we do not need an IT person. We have several IT people already assigned to this project and we need ergonomics experience, but not ergonomic software experience.

They would be supporting our end users on how to use the software and answer their ergonomic questions they had on the software. We would teach them everything they needed to know about using the software, they would just need to be comfortable with software in general.

Overview of Position:
The HES coordinator works with Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention (RSIP) Center of Excellence (CoE), which is managed within the ETC HES Operations Unit. The RSIP CoE supports all of the Operating Companies.

This role is part of a regional HES Team working with other HES specialists to provide services to both regional and global or corporate clientele. This position is responsible for internal technical support and subject matter expertise for repetitive stress injury (RSI) prevention programs.

The HES Operations Unit is one of five Units within ETC’s HES Department. The Unit is primarily responsible for the effective delivery of several critical processes such as Behavior-Based Safety, Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention, Incident Investigation & Reporting and Emergency Management. The Unit provides services to approximately 8,000 clients, within various operating companies throughout the United States and overseas. Many clients are provided with full HES services while others receive a narrowed support model to fit their needs.

ETC is a fully integrated upstream/downstream technology company providing expert technical consulting services worldwide. ETC also manages 5 additional HES Center’s of Excellence in addition to the RSIP CoE. With over 2,300 employees, many with advanced degrees, ETC invests aggressively to develop new technology solutions, providing exciting opportunities for stimulating and challenging work.
